CognitoHire offers two deployment models — managed cloud and self-hosted. In both cases, your candidate data remains under your control and is never used, shared, or accessed by Cognitosage for any purpose beyond delivering the platform service.
Self-hosted deployments: Candidate data never leaves your physical infrastructure. Full sovereignty. Zero vendor cloud dependency.
Managed cloud deployments: Data is operated on isolated, encrypted infrastructure with no data sharing across clients. Full audit trail access for your team at all times. GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and ISO 27001 compliant.
All data processed through the platform is encrypted at rest and in transit using Argon2 password hashing, JWT authentication, and enterprise-grade security protocols. We implement and maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
